Third 5, Gauges:

Fuel

Battery

Oil pressure

Water/Temperature

Air Gauge

Final 5 is brake test, followed by tug test and service brake

Brake Test (only auto fail on the pre trip)

1. Governor Cut Out

   -Engine off, power on, push both parking brakes and service brake, wait for needles to settle

2. Leak Test

   -Don’t lose more than 4 PSI in 60 seconds

3. Low Air Warning Light and Buzzer between 40-60 PSI

4. Pop out between 20-40 PSI

   -Second Safe Start

5. Governor Cut off 120-140 PSI
